Carpe Diem - Sieze the Day-

Yoshi Yamamoto was born in Shirahama (White Sand Beach), Japan in 1958 moved to Toronto, Canada in 1991. Yoshi is part of the new wave of artists using the new freedoms permitted by technical advances in photography to explore a private world. He finds the elegant line and romantic physical form in simple plants, vast landscapes and architecture, a way of connecting to a private world. A rich world of calm and light. Sensual moments of self revelation. A seductive lyricism bathed in light both concealing and revealing. His images causes us to reflect on the beauty of Nature.
